MC King passing on…

Just got online to surf the net for the first time today when I read about this shocking news on our Singapore comedian Jimmy Nah, better known as ‘MC King’ or 蓝顉嘻, who passed away early this afternoon.

A very sudden departure of him…

Every of his artiste friends were shocked, as can be seen from a few celebrity blogs, especially 咏梅 who wrote a long post on how he had helped her in many ways and stood by her in times of need.

And Jack Neo who expressed shock and condolences thru his.

At a young age of 40, his death really came as a shock to people who knows him through TV or in person. I’ve seen him on TV since I was young, and though he didn’t come off as a 大红大紫 person like Mark Lee or Jack Neo, he was a talented person.

His last post in his blog was nothing specially formulated, but something from the bottom of his heart.

It’s a pity that Singapore lost such a talented man.
